Change - Leaves

Our 'Leaves' poems represent the CHANGE in the seasons this term. We had a great time playing with the fallen leaves out the back of Room 15. We scooped them up into a huge pile and then we ran, jumped, slid, tumbled and skipped through them. Back in class we looked at the different leaves we had collected to see the variations in colour, shape, size and texture. Then we wrote. Finally we published them on a leaf shape which we decorated with the colours of autumn. Just for fun we also used Tagexdo, a web 2.0 tool that makes word clouds which have been posted on this blog.
